No more boring machines found in gyms. We make exercise fun! Enjoy training in our fully equipped gym with small groups of women who all have similar levels of fitness. Most of my clients start coming 2-3 times a week and love it so much they end up coming 5-6 times

We don’t just give you a ‘one size fits all’ nutrition programme here at Sisu Fitness. We have gone one step further and have a qualified nutritionist at hand when you need him so you are guaranteed to get the results you want.

We are very selective who we choose to join our programmes. We don’t cater for women who are already fit or want to get a 6 pack. We work with ladies who hate the thought of joining a gym, have done little or no exercise previously and want to join like minded women on their awesome journey.
WE WORK ON YOUR MINDSET
Sorting out your exercise and nutrition is not fully effective until you work on your mindset. We give you all the tools to help you with this such as guided meditations, practicing mindfulness and templates for you to complete gratitude journals.
Having a membership at a local leisure centre and never having the confidence to use the gym I decided to give Jonathan a try at Sisu Fitness. I am slightly hooked and now come between 4-5 times a week. All of the exercises he gives me are perfect for my level of fitness, and I actually really enjoy the classes.
