Bacon and egg breakfast muffins

More often than not you give in to the cereal?
Try this delicious protein packed alternative. The best part is they can be made in advance and kept in the fridge. You can put whatever you like best, its not a strict recipe.
Onto the recipe…
6 rashers organic back bacon (cheap bacon is full of water and is just plain nasty)
4 large eggs
Any mix of the following:
Diced peppers, mushrooms, spring onion, onion, grated cheese
1. Get 6 silicone muffin cases and wrap the bacon around the inner edge
2. Mix all of your chosen ingredients with the whisked egg
3. Cook in the oven at 200c for around 30mins until fully cooked
